The role of the Data Collection function is to provide Kantar with industry leading telephone and face to face data collection capabilities, delivering quality data through the creation and efficient operation of data collection shared services.

Global Sourcing

The remit of the Global Sourcing team is to deliver competitive advantage to Kantar businesses through the development and implementation of a coherent offshore and near-shore strategy. Our capabilities extend across a range of operational and researcher services (e.g. scripting, data processing, charting, reporting, advanced analytics). By focussing on the establishment of a small number of centres of excellence, staffed by well trained professionals, the team
is able to provide the benefit of consistent quality at a competitive price.

Technical Solutions

The goal of the Technical Solutions Centre is to drive operational innovation and efficiency. Through the application of open and modern technological solutions, it is able to underpin the consistent and error-free data delivery required by Kantar's research businesses for their business solutions. As the operational research and development partners to the research businesses, the Technical Solutions Centre is firmly pointed at developing technology to meet the needs of end clients.

Client Operations, Standards & Knowledge

This team comprises a number of specialists including Operational Account Directors, Knowledge Leaders, Business Process professionals and Quality Management. Their role is to enable Kantar to deliver its best, newest and most cost-effective operational solutions to key clients. This is achieved by:
