The positives about this job are that the work is quite challenging, enjoyable and varied. The salary is great and there are excellent opportunities to progress into a number of different roles; team leader, specialist and consultant. The people you work with are great and it feels as though I’m back at university because most people here are graduates! |

As the Random Panel does a lot of Social Research, there is much personal satisfaction to be gained from knowing that the data you help obtain is of real benefit to the wider community. Also, the people I work with are some of the most supportive and genuinely funny people I’ve ever met! |

The positives of working for Kantar Operations are many. There are a number of career paths to choose from, a busy, fast-paced working environment and a real sense of teamwork across the business. You are given independence and responsibility at an early stage and by managing people, you can see first-hand how they develop within their roles. With regards to problem-solving, you find that new situations arise where decisions need to be made quickly. There is also a lot of interaction with departments and teams across the company. Nothing stands still for long and so change is a continual process; everyone is very forward-thinking and if there is a better way of doing something, we will implement it. |

Being recognised for all the hard work and effort I put in is extremely satisfying. Receiving feedback from colleagues and my manager for a job well done, is very much appreciated. I have been guided and mentored from the moment I joined Kantar Operations. I have worked on a number of projects in a number of roles which has meant that I have been in contact with people from around the world, ranging from Australia to the US, via Europe and the Far East. The people are great too - whether you want to discuss a project, your role or simply socialise; there’s always someone there! |
